These beta terms govern access to BreakoutRank. The service provides market-analysis tools, rankings, screeners and educational content.

No investment advice

BreakoutRank does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Rankings, scores, screens, examples and educational content are informational only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of capital. Historical results, backtests and examples do not guarantee future performance.

Beta service

During beta, features, data sources, calculations, availability and pricing may change. The service may contain errors or interruptions and should not be relied upon as the sole source for trading decisions.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for activity occurring through it. Automated abuse, scraping intended to bypass product limits, credential sharing and unlawful use are prohibited.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. The payment provider handles billing and applicable payment-method information.

Market data

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third parties. Data availability and permitted use can be subject to third-party licensing terms.
